Trivia Untamed 2025

Are you a bird brain, or sly like a fox? Gather your team and fight for the title of Trivia Untamed Champion at the Alaska Zoo! This night is sure to be the bee’s knees for night owls, social butterflies and wildlife enthusiasts.

Trivia Untamed is open to teams of four participants. Advance online reservations are required as seats are limited. Reservation fee covers food, drinks and the trivia preparations. Find your pack and register for Trivia Untamed which will be held on Saturday, February 15th from 5-9pm in the Alaska Zoo Gateway Hall. Are you a lone wolf? Don’t fret! Register as an individual and let us create your team from the pick of the litter. You will have the option to select team or individual in registration.

Ticket price:

  • $65.00 per participant plus online service fees added in checkout.

  • This is a 21 and over event only. ID must be shown at check-in.

  • This event is designed to have teams of four playing.

  • You can purchase anywhere from 1-4 tickets at a time.

  • Team or individual status will be asked in registration.

  • Each ticket includes food by Wild Smoke, 2 drink tickets per ticket holder and participation in the trivia game.

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • Have tickets printed (in confirmation email) or have the scan code pulled up on your phone for event check-in.

Prizes (subject to change):

  • 1st place team: Tropy and Tiger Encounter

  • 2nd place team: Medal and an Animal Feeding Experience

  • 3rd place team: Certificate and gift cards for zoo entry

Extra points will be given to the team with the best name, as well as teams who dress up in a team or animal theme.

General Timeline:

  • Check-in starts at 5pm.

  • Trivia starts at 6pm.

  • Trivia ends around 8:30pm.

  • Event is over at 9pm.

Fun includes:

  • 8 rounds of 10 questions each.

  • "Buy a Zoo Expert" - two zoo staffers will be auctioned off to help two lucky teams!

  • We will have zoo animal videos playing between rounds.

  • Two breaks, after the third and sixth rounds.
