The Alaska Zoo considers every teacher a VIP!  We now offer special rates and discounts for teachers and employees of the Anchorage School District (ASD), including:

• Freebies!  1 child free per 10 kids you bring through the end of April!
• Discounts on personal visits!  All ASD employees receive the $9.00 education rate when they show their ASD ID badge at admissions.  This includes personal visits! (Only for the ASD badge-holder).
• Discounts on annual pass purchases!  Show your ASD ID badge at admissions to receive a 10% discount on an annual pass (Only for passes purchased by cardholder, not as gifts).
• Free indoor eating areas for field trips!  Contact lchickos@alaskazoo.org to reserve space for a warm indoor lunch during your field trip through the end of April.
• Teacher Workshops throughout the school year.  Learn how we can be your resource!
