Become an Annual Passholder

Zoo passholders play an important role in supporting our future.  Pass purchases go toward animal care, exhibit renovations, and education program growth.

How do I become a passholder?

• ACCESS OUR ONLINE ANNUAL PASS FORM (pdf)
• Complete it online, print it, and bring it to the Zoo Admissions Building.
• You may also mail it to us for faster admittance to the Zoo.
• We hope to offer full online service and payment for passes very soon!
• Call (907) 346-2133 and ask for Admissions to purchase your pass by phone with credit card during open business hours.
• Stop by our Admissions Entrance to purchase your pass in person.
• Email Admissions at akadm@live.com for more information on purchasing passes.

Annual Pass Levels:

$45.00 = Individual

• Unlimited admission for the individual on the pass for 1 year from purchase date
• 20% discount in the Gift Shop during the month of December
• Includes option to buy 5-pack admission tickets for $36.00 for guests

$85.00 = Family

• Unlimited admission for you, your spouse, minor children, and their grandparents for one year from purchase date
• 20% discount in the Gift Shop during the month of December
• Includes option to buy 5-pack admission tickets for $36.00 for guests

$150.00 = Friend

• Unlimited admission for two adults from different households and all of their minor children (under 18 years) for one year from date of purchase
• 20% discount in the Gift Shop during the month of December
• Includes option to buy 5-pack admission tickets for $36.00 for guests

$250.00 = Contributor

• Same as family level, PLUS:
• 10% discount in Gift Shop for one year
• 5 free one-day guest passes
• 1 free zoo calendar

$500.00 = Benefactor

• Same as contributor level, PLUS:
• 1 free behind-scenes tour for up to 5 people

Benefits for all passholders:

• Unlimited use for one year from the date of purchase
• A quarterly newsletter (e-news options are also available)
• Access to passholder-only events like "Christmas for the Animals"
• Savings on education programs (applies to specific programs like Camps)
• Pass purchases are tax-deductible, tax receipts available upon request
