"Axis Media" Error

You may receive an 'Axis Media' error message when trying to open the camera page.  The message reads as follows:  "The AXIS Media Control, which enables you to view live image streams in Microsoft Internet Explorer, could not be registered on your computer". 

If you receive this message, you need to change the security settings in your Internet Explorer to allow viewing of ActiveX media.  Follow these steps:

• Open Internet Explorer
• Click 'Tools'
• Click 'Internet Options'
• Click 'Security'
• Click 'Custom Settings'
• Go down the list to 'ActiveX'
• Be sure all 'ActiveX' controls are 'enabled'
